Our organization consists entirely of volunteers who are deeply dedicated to safeguarding and serving the Penn Forest Township community, its visitors, and neighboring areas. These committed individuals volunteer their time and efforts as firefighters, fire police, or auxiliary members involved in organizing community events.
Spanning 75 square miles, Penn Forest Township is the fastest-growing and most populous municipality in Carbon County, PA. Our organization, along with our sister station, the Penn Forest Township Volunteer Fire Company Station #2 on State Route 534, plays a crucial role in providing fire and rescue services to the community.
On average, we respond to approximately 200 calls each year, addressing a wide range of incidents, from structure fires to basement pumping, motor vehicle accidents to automatic alarms. Our commitment ensures that whenever the community dials 911, our dedicated team is ready to respond 24/7.
Mission Statement
To provide fire prevention, suppression and rescue services for the residents of Penn Forest Township and neighboring communities.
Vision Statement
We will continue to transform today’s fire & rescue service into a progressive, proactive, and professional service; a service that will exceed today’s demand and that of tomorrow.
